We are thrilled to welcome back Mirko Paderno to the Four Seasons family as the new executive chef of Culina and Vinoteca. A James Beard nominee and Barilla Academy Master Chef, Paderno imparts his passion and time-honored culinary education to Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills in his new position.
Paderno’s love of pure flavors and delicate techniques has evolved during his twenty years in the culinary industry. He began his career at Four Seasons Hotel Milan under Chef Sergio Mei then relocated to Los Angeles in 1999 to become the executive chef of Piero Selvaggio’s restaurant Primi. He soon discovered the city’s diverse range of Italian cuisine in his positions at Dolce, Cecconi’s and more.
With a devout appreciation for classical cuisine with modern touches, Paderno aims to continue Culina and Vinoteca’s commitment to the regional Italian dishes enlivened by the abundance of fruits and vegetables grown locally in California.
