Passover Dinner at Culina
In celebration of Passover, Chef Luca Moriconi has created a four-course prix fixe dinner menu at Culina, available on Friday, April 19th and Saturday, April 20th, 2019. The dinner will begin with Charoset, a medley of chopped apples, walnuts, blueberries, cranberries, citrus and matzo. Antipasti options include roasted artichoke salad or a chicken liver pâté with caperberries, pomegranate and matzo cracker . Guests will also enjoy a holiday favorite: Matzah Ball Soup with chicken and vegetable broth with thyme and chive Matzah ball.
Entrees will include roasted Jidori Chicken with soft polenta and wild mushrooms; Roasted Mediterranean Branzino with fingerling potatoes; or Braised short-rib with celery root purée with heirloom carrots and chianti wine reduction.
The meal concludes with decadent desserts, including crème caramel with coconut meringue and lemon sorbet or apricot, pistachio, and raspberry semifredo with apricot vanilla compote and praline crunch.
The four-course Passover dinner will be $75, excluding tax and gratuity.
