Celebrate Valentine’s Day at Culina with a spectacular prix-fixe menu and optional wine pairing. The special meal begins with an amuse bouche of tomato gazpacho followed by antipasti options of prosciutto and melon, poached pears with whipped goat cheese, charred bluepoint oyster, and lobster broth. Primi selections include homemade cavatelli pasta with fresh seasonal truffles, charred octopus with white bean puree, seared scallops with artichoke puree, and yellowtail crudo, with decadent secondi options including braised veal shank, roasted Jidori chicken roulade, pan seared sea bass, and roasted eggplant to follow. Dessert takes centre stage with a special dark chocolate heart with coffee cream and espresso gelee “Love Buzz” and the passionfruit raspberry shortcake with mascarpone chantilly “Key to Your Heart.”
