Celebrate Valentine’s Day at Culina with a thoughtfully composed five-course dinner by Executive Chef Jesus Medina and Executive Pastry Chef Riccardo Menicucci—an evening designed for lingering, savoring, and sharing. Guests are invited to choose between a five-course tasting menu or a five-course vegan tasting menu.
The experience begins with an amuse bouche of tuna tartare, followed by Chef Riccardo’s house-made Parker rolls with guanciale and pecorino. Guests then select from a refined opening course, including fig carpaccio with burrata and blood orange, Kumamoto oysters with melon and mint, or classic veal tonnato with capers and lemon.
For the pasta course, enjoy fettuccine al burro with spot prawn, Parmesan, and chili oil, or pappardelle ripiene filled with artichokes and ricotta, finished with saffron foam. Entrées continue the evening with elegant choices such as Wagyu beef tenderloin with pea purée and bordelaise, turbot with white asparagus and apple sake sauce, or chicken accented with white mole, lavender, honey, and turnips.
Dessert offers a romantic finale: Heartbeat, a dark chocolate creation layered with salted caramel, almond, and passion fruit, or Rose, a delicate composition of Sicilian pistachio, lemon, strawberry, and white chocolate.
